+Nous avons trouvé un site de construction! Le permis de construire nous permet de construire un immeuble de 30m sur 40m comme indiqué sur le schéma suivant.

+Pour l'hôtel, il y aura un étage réservé à la gestion de l'hôtel (accueil, laverie...) et au moins 2 étages réservé aux chambres. Une chambre peut être vue comme un rectangle de 4m par 6m.
